A recipient personally receives a bouquet from the courier. Also, the recipient should sign a special form, confirming order acceptance and no claims about it. There is an exception, during holiday periods, when order can be left to relatives or neighbours.

- 2.Personal handing. If a recipient is out of address, the order will be left to relatives or neighbours.
- 3.Delivery to remote zones.
- 4.Taking photos before and after delivery.
- 5.The seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the order and return the paid amount.
- 6.Despite the fact that some differences may occur, keeping the same flower type will prevail over keeping its color. (e.g. we will more likely replace white roses with pink ones than with white chrysanthemums).

Bouquet is identical to the photo
Florists strictly follow the bouquet`s structure, color spectrum and assembly technique, shown on the website. Any change in the bouquet occurs only with the client`s consent, but the flowers are a living plants, and each of which has its own shade, number of inflorescences and shape. Two absolutely identical flowers don’t exist. Therefore, the assembled composition may have differences with the photo on the website.

Branded greeting cards are absolutely free in additional to the flowers. We will copy your text or a poem from our catalog up to the last comma. There are also some picture samples of postcards in several cities.
Free photo report before and after delivery
Photo report allows the sender to see the prepared composition before sending to the address and the recipient with the bouquet (with the consent of the addressee). Unfortunately, for a number of cities the photo of the recipient may not be done due to the lack of technical capability. Please, pay attention, this service may be unavailable during holidays.
